Lisa serves as Penn Oaks Golf Club’s banquet manager. Lisa ensures that events are set up correctly and run smoothly. She also serves as an on site customer relations supervisor. Anything you may need prior to or during the event Lisa is always there to complete the task.

Harry Hammond served as Director of Golf at Whitford Country Club for 38 years. He had an opportunity to join a group of businessmen in purchasing Penn Oaks Golf Club in 2005 in which he currently serves as a partner and Director of Golf. Harry has built his teaching reputation on the success of his Junior Golf program and the hundreds of juniors he has taught over the years. For the last 12 years, he has volunteered to teach a program offered to the children in the Phoenixville area at Meadowbrook Golf Club. This program grew to over 200 participants. He has been recognized by US Kids Golf as their “Top 50 Teachers for junior golf in 2005 and 2009”.
Harry has served the Philadelphia Section of the Professional Golfers Association of America as an officer and committee chair for several years. He currently is the President of the “Greater Philadelphia Sections Junior Golf Foundation”.
Harry was recognized by the Philadelphia Section of the PGA of America with their “Junior Golf Leader” award four times. In 1999, he was recognized by the PGA of America with their “National Award” for Junior Golf. He also has received the Philadelphia Sections “Bill Strausbaugh Award” in 2005 and 2009 which is given to a section professional who has mentored his fellow professionals as well as his involvement within the community. Harry currently serves on the National Junior Golf Committee for the PGA of America.
He is proud to have been a Class A member of The Professional Golfers Association for 47 years and a PGA Master Professional since 1991. The Philadelphia Section of the PGA of America elected Harry into their Hall of Fame in 2001.

This will be Jesse’s 3rd season serving as the Head Golf Professional of Penn Oaks Golf Club. He He has been a member of the PGA for 6 years. He enjoys all aspects of the golf industry, but especially teaching. His dedication to growing the junior golf program at Penn Oaks earned him the honor of 2012 U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 teachers in the country. Last season alone, Jesse taught over 100 junior golf lessons.

Thomas is a product of Penn State University’s PGA Golf Management program. This will be Tom’s 3rd season serving Penn Oak’s as the 1st Assistant Golf Professional. In 2011, Thomas became a member of the PGA. In 2012, Thomas became a certified U.S. Kids Golf Instructor and member of the Positive Coaching Alliance as well as being awarded U.S. Kids Top 50 Honorable Mention Teachers in the country. Tom is also a certified Titleist Fitting Works club fitter. Prior to working at Penn Oaks, Tom was an assistant professional at The Country Club of Waterbury in Connecticut.

Bob began working at Penn Oaks Golf Club in September of 2008. He graduated from the University of Hartford's Hartt College of Music in 1974 with a Bachelor of Music Degree. In 1974 and 1975 he traveled extensively in Canada and the United States playing principal oboe with the Canadian Opera Company. Bob was a Golf Assistant at Burlington County Country Club from 1977 - 1979. Since then, his thirty years of restaurant experience and traveling to countries in Europe, Asia and South America with the Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale has enabled him to help Penn Oaks move forward with its service etiquette and diverse menus. Pairing wine with food has always been one of his passions and creating varied social events for the membership keeps the activities at Penn Oaks fresh and exciting.

Matt has been with the Penn Oaks team for nearly 7 years. Matt attended the Academy of the Culinary Arts in Atlantic County, NJ. His 15 years of experience has given him vast knowledge in creating new and exciting menus for members and banquet patrons alike. In collaboration with the new ownership, the quality and consistency of the food has steadily risen year after year. Matt is proud to be a part of the Penn Oaks team and their efforts to elevate the overall dining experience and ambiance.
