You want to be able to help out in every way possible but also do not want to over step and boundaries. To help you out, we put together a guideline below to help you and your fellow bridal party attendants know your specific duties and to help make the wedding memorable!

Your job is to hold the bride’s bouquet and fix her dress during the ceremony, and give a speech at reception.
Best Man- groom’s right hand throughout process. Your job is to plan an unforgettable bachelor party for the groom (without getting him into trouble) and being his support system when he needs it. Help the groom pick out suits or a tux for the groomsmen to wear. Also set up transportation for the wedding party.
Bridesmaids- Assist the bride with decorations and DIY projects. Help the bride run errands and anything she or the maid of honor needs assistance with including the bridal shower and bachelorette.

Bride’s Parents – Traditionally you pay for the wedding reception. Each couple is different and may want to pay for everything on their own. Put together a list of who you would like to be there, however do not invite everyone you know. You also give a toast or a blessing at the reception and dance with the bride and groom!
Groom’s Parents – Traditionally you pay for engagement party and rehearsal dinner. Do not forget to invite both sides of the family! You also put together a list of who you would like to be there, but again, do not invite everybody you know. You give a toast at the rehearsal dinner and dance with the bride and groom at the reception!
Everyone’s job is to make sure the bride and groom have the best day of their life! Keep them upbeat and excited for the big day! If you aren’t sure or have questions on how to help them out, just ask them! They will appreciate everything you will do for them. That is why they chose you to stand by their side as they marry their soulmate.
