This was the luncheon following my husband’s funeral. My daughter had made several calls and we selected Penn Oaks based on the friendliness and cooperation of the person we spoke to. We stopped in to see the room and met with another woman who filled in all the details and we were sure we had made a good choice. The day of, everything was perfect.

Thank you for hosting what turned out to be a great reunion party! As always food, facilities and wait staff are essentials to judging the success of an event but, this one had an added dimension. Dawn, or your sales staff made it happens for us. When it became obvious, during the initial negotiation that our committee had some unique requirements, it seemed unlikely that a solution would be found. Dawn, however went “Creative” on us and arranged for a meeting between herself, her director and me, within minutes she proposed a plan which was clearly a “win/win” situation.
